Facility - Stage A

Here are a few things to consider as add-ons for your shoot:

- Fresh Repaint: Option to have a freshly painted Cyc floor and curve if you require a clean/pristine cyc floor on the White Cyc, Green Screen or Black Cyc. Cycs will be "as is" with prior use and clients are able to us the space "as is" and leave "as is" with no additional fees.

- Pre-light: Option to add space lights on the White Cyc and Green Screen if you need them pre-lit. We have 6 lights available on the White cyc and 3 available on the Green Screen. There is also a Leko on the Black Cyc to create a spotlight effect that can be added.       

- Lighting/Grip Rentals: Package Deals or a-la-carte: See List Here 

- Expendable Rentals: Tables, Wardrobe Racks, Steamers, Directors Chairs, etc: See List Here

- Scissor Lift: 2 commercial Scissor Lifts are available for rent as seen here.   

- Jib/Dolly Combo Package: Heavy-duty system that includes 30' of straight/curved track. You can view it here.       

- Climate Control: All talent support rooms (makeup/wardrobe room, green room, lobby area, hallways, PO loft) have included Central AC/Heating included year-round. The large open shooting area is insulated and stays comfortable most of the year. There is an optional 10-ton Central AC/Heating unit in the open shooting space for an extra fee for very warm or very cold days to cool and heat such a large open space. This is to make up for the extra power and equipment needs, not normally needed.

- Car Fee: There is a $75 fee per vehicle for access to our roll-up door if you plan on bringing in vehicles into our cyc floors. Although the floors are not clean without the repaint option, tire marks go beyond normal wear-and-tear footprints. This fee is waived if you add the repaint option.

- Camlock System: Space has a good amount of free Edison outlet power distributed on walls. This option is available for bigger power needs, a more organized power distribution and larger fixtures such as 5Ks. Option includes a Distro package as seen here.

- Conference Room: All rooms are included in the base rate for Stage A. There is an additional conference room available as an additional green room or more space as seen here.   

- OT is $175/hour ($195 if climate system is added) after the booking ends. Booking time includes time for setup, shoot and breakdown.
