Facility - Stage A

Option to have a freshly painted Cyc floor and curve if you require a clean pristine cyc floor on the White Cyc, Green Screen or Black Cyc. Cycs will be "as is" with prior use and clients are able to use the space "as is" and leave "as is" with no additional fees. The walls are always fine. This is only recommended if you require a cyc floor without prior use. 

- White Cyc: $350 for 30' x 25' floor area 

                   or $500 for entire floor area

- Green Screen: $350

- Black Cyc: $350

All talent support rooms (makeup/wardrobe room, green room, loft, etc.) have included Central AC/Heating included year-round. The large open shooting area is insulated and stays comfortable most of the year. There is an optional 10-ton Central AC/Heating unit in the open shooting space for an extra fee for very warm or very cold days to cool and heat such a large open space. This is to make up for the extra power and equipment not normally needed most of the year. 

- Full Day: $350

- Half Day:  $175

There is a $75/vehicle fee for access to our roll-up door if you plan on bringing in vehicles into our cyc areas for shooting. 

If you plan to remove our tarps and drive the vehicle on the cyc floor without it, there will be another $75 fee beyond that. There is no second $75 fee if you just drive the vehicle inside and on the tarp.

Although the floors are not clean without the repaint option, tire marks go beyond normal wear-and-tear footprints. This fee is waived if you add the repaint option. 

Space has a good amount of free 20-amp Edison outlet power distributed on walls. This is suficient for 99% of shoots.

The camlock option is available for bigger power needs, a more organized power distribution and larger fixtures such as 5Ks. This is dedicated box with 350 amps of power and a Distro package.
